Born to an Iranian, Muslim father and an American, Christian mother in Las Vegas, Nevada, Josh has a passion for interacting with and respecting people from all walks of life, while maintaining a deep commitment to his Christian faith. Josh's vision for ANE is to help young adults around the world to receive the kind of holistic education that not only awakens their minds but also deepens their love for humanity.

Miguel A. Paredes, Director for Latin America
Born and raised in Peru by missionary parents-a Peruvian father and an American mother-Miguel uses his fluent bilingual and natural cross-cultural skills to further All Nations Education's work in Latin America. Traveling extensively in the U.S. and to poor areas of Peru, where his Father was born, has deeply impacted Miguel's worldview and priorities of helping the world's poor be transformed by holistic education. Miguel is married to Pamela Cross. They live in Peru.

Dr. Komi Hiagbe, Director for Ghana
Dr. Hiagbe is an ordained minister of the Global Evangelical Church, Ghana. He is also currently the Executive Director of the Global Impact Foundation, a faith-based developmental NGO in Ghana. Having lost his father at the age of ten and the mother in his second year of his undergraduate program at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, Dr. Hiagbe has a first-hand experience of what it means to go
through school without adequate financial resources. It is this background that inspires his strong commitment to his present roles in poverty alleviation and creation of opportunities for the under-privileged in society. He is married to Yaa Afra (a school teacher), with three children, Elom ( a second year Political Science student of the University of Ghana), Aseye (a first-year Textiles Poly-Technic student) and Setumte, (a primary five pupil).

Dr. theol. (Magna cum Laude) Systematic Theology from the Goethe University of Frankfurt, Germany.
